Owner and operator Chris Kamarlingos and his lovely wife Alexandria run the day to day operations of the Quarry with the same vigor and excitement they always had with food and food service.
With over 30 years in the restaurant and service industry, Chris is bringing his knowledge and passion of this business back to Toronto!
Opening and managing his Limassol, Cyprus restaurant for years, the lure of coming back to Toronto where his family is born and raised finally came true. 'Glaros', the Cypriot restaurant mainstay, is now operated by his family on the lush island.
Purchasing and now recreating 'The Quarry' has been the ultimate dream for the natives of the city.
